Monthly Subscription 月訂閱
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made. You will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
您可隨時取消訂閱，取消後不再扣款。當期訂閱到期前仍可使用付費功能。不提供按比例退款。
E-Book 電子書
The e-book is a digital product available for immediate download upon purchase. No refunds are provided for e-book purchases. If you experience technical issues with downloading, please contact us for assistance.
電子書為數位商品，購買後即可下載，不提供退款。如遇技術問題無法下載，請聯繫我們協助。
Course 課程
Course access is granted immediately upon purchase. A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued.
課程購買後即開通存取權限。購買 7 天內可申請全額退款，無需理由。超過 7 天不提供退款。
How to Request a Refund 如何退款
- Cancel subscription 取消訂閱：Account Settings → Manage Subscription（帳號設定 → 管理訂閱）
- Course refund 課程退款：Account Settings → Request Course Refund（帳號設定 → 申請課程退款），processed automatically within 7 days of purchase.（購買 7 天內系統自動處理）

Dispute Resolution 爭議處理
If you have questions regarding a charge, please contact us directly at katherine@yournichecareer.com before initiating a chargeback with your credit card company. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States.
